DAY ONE -
Arrival into Dubai International Airport
Meet & assist airside at a dedicated area
Assistance through immigration and luggage retrieval
Luxury transfer to Hatta Fort hotel in coach with multilingual guide
Check in and overnight at the Hotel

DAY TWO -
Full American buffet breakfast in the hotel
AM at leisure in the hotel
(Shooting, archery, mini golf & trekking competitions)
Light lunch around the swimming pool area & check out
Afternoon adventurous 4x4 mountain & wadi tour
Sumptuous BBQ dinner at desert campsite with belly dancer show
Group overnight at desert campsite

DAY THREE -
Desert buffet breakfast at the campsite
Sand dune safari with Sand skiing
Arrive & check in at Al Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa in Dubai

Conditions:
1. Program cost mentioned is only the above descriptions. Any other services are at extra cost!
2. Rates are guideline only and ANTA Dubai reserves the right to amend rates at a time of definite
booking.
3. Site Inspection Policy: ANTA Dubai will debit charges for the site inspection to the company at
cost in the first instance. ANTA Dubai will secure competitive rates for all services offered. Should
the group materialize with ANTA Dubai, 100% of the cost of the site inspection charges will be
credited to the final invoice of the group.
4. The above quote is based on 45 pax. An increase or decrease in numbers will result in a re-quote.
5. This costing does not cover items of personal effect such as mini bar, telephone calls etc.
6. This quote does not cover any beverages, however we can arrange to be charged on consumption
at all venues. ANTA coordinators can monitor bar sales, when your pre-selected budget is
nearing.
7. All costs include currently applicable tax and service charges.
8. There will be a 10% handling fee if extras are invoiced through ANTA. 
9. British & EU passport holders receive entry visa on arrival at Dubai International Airport.
10. September 13, 2008- October 13, 2008 are approximated dates for the holy month of Ramadan.
During this period it is requested from visitors to refrain from eating, drinking or smoking in
public during daytimes. No live entertainment will be permitted during this month.
